Refund Policy

At JVZooHub, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds for our platform subscriptions may be granted.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies exclusively to subscriptions and payments made directly to JVZooHub for use of the www.jvzoohub.com platform. It does not govern refunds for digital products or bonuses sold by vendors through our platform — those refunds are the responsibility of the individual vendor and are handled by JVZoo's refund processes.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your initial subscription payment or plan upgrade; and
  • You have not made substantial use of premium platform features (as determined at our reasonable discretion).

After the 14-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) where the service has been actively used during the billing period;
  • Lifetime plan purchases after the 14-day refund window;
  • Add-on purchases or one-time fees once the service has been delivered;
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service;
  • Any portion of a free trial period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email us at support@jvzoohub.com with the following information:

  • Full name and email address associated with your account;
  • The plan or product you are requesting a refund for;
  • Date of the original payment;
  • Reason for the refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your payment provider's processing times.

5. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day refund window are not eligible for a prorated refund for the remainder of the year. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current annual billing period.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Dispute the chargeback and provide transaction evidence to your payment provider;
  • Suspend or permanently terminate your account pending resolution;
  • Decline any future refund request for the disputed transaction.

We strongly encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly without a chargeback.

7. Free Trials

Free trial accounts are not charged and therefore are not eligible for refunds. If you inadvertently entered payment details during a trial and were charged, please contact us immediately at support@jvzoohub.com.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unusual situations arise. If you believe your circumstances warrant a refund outside of the conditions above, please reach out to us and we will review your request in good faith. We reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion.
